John 16:12-15 “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit, when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you. All things that the Father has are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.
Galatians 2:16”Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified." The theme of the letter to the Galatians is the practical application of justification by faith. It is a major issue amongst many Christians today, yet it is the heart of our salvation, the fundamental truth and basis of our redemption in Christ Jesus. The letter to the Galatians gets to the core of true spiritual warfare which is law versus grace.
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 is the warfare, the only true warfare that Christians need to consider which is in the mind. "For though we walk in the flesh,
1Corinthians 15:9-10 ”For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet (or fit) to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace that was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all: yet not I., but the grace of God which was with me."
Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast."
2Corinthians 1:21 “Now he which establishes us with you in Christ, and has anointed us, is God.” Notice this verse says “has anointed”, past tense. Today, there is much teaching about the anointing of the Spirit of God. People teach that you need an unction to function or when called upon to do the works of Jesus like pray for deaf ears or get people filled with the Spirit or pray or evangelize, we often hear people say “that’s not my anointing.” Preachers even teach to stay in your anointing and not get over into things that you are not anointed to do.
Romans 8:15-17 "For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together."
Galatians 4:7"Wherefore you are no more a servant, but son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ."
